Avocado and Cucumber Salad

Cut the avocado to medium-sized pieces. Cut the cucumber to thin slices. Mix the cucumber and the avocado. Add extra virgin olive oil, himalayan salt, and balsamic vinegar to your liking. Sprinkle the cilantro leaves. Mix and toss everything together. Enjoy!

Baked Brussels Sprouts

Cut the brussels sprouts to quarters. Season with salt and pepper. Add thyme to your liking. Sprinkle extra virgin olive oil. Mix it all together. Put it in a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for 190 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
